  • Initial Meeting: I will start by introducing myself and explaining my role and approach to coaching.

  • Building Trust: Establishing a comfortable and safe environment is key, so I will spend time getting to know you and your family dynamics.

2

Assessment

  • Family Dynamics: I will ask questions about your family structure, parenting style, and any specific issues or concerns you have.

  • Child Behavior: I may inquire about your child's behavior, strengths, and areas that need improvement.

  • Parental Goals: You will discuss what you hope to achieve through coaching, whether it's better communication, improved discipline strategies, or resolving specific behavioral issues.

3

Goal Setting

  • Clear Objectives: Together, you will set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals.

  • Action Plan: I will help you create a step-by-step plan to reach these goals, outlining what actions need to be taken and by whom.
